The stunt follows a one-location event Subway held at one of its Miami restaurants on National Cookie Day last year.
“Due to the overwhelming response we received from fans across the country last year, we knew we needed to permanently add Footlong Cookies to our menu.” Paul Favresaid Subway's senior vice president of culinary and innovation in a statement. “At this year's Cookie Way, guests will get a glimpse of even more delicious footlong cookies. They're thick, gooey, packed with chocolate chips and served warm straight from the oven. A perfect pairing with your favorite Footlong sub, it might even become your favorite Footlong on your first bite.”
