StaffDNA LLC, a Plano-based medical staffing company, took first place in this year's Dallas 100 Entrepreneur Awards, which recognize the fastest-growing private companies in North Texas.
The Carruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business announced the 33rd annual Dallas 100 on November 2nd. This year, the program featured 125 finalists, but only 100 made it to the final rankings.
StaffDNA has developed a platform that allows medical professionals and hospitals to connect for permanent, traveling, and on-demand staffing. CEO Sheldon Arora said the company's growth is due to new approaches to critical needs.

And the company has big plans for continued expansion.
“We want to receive it [StaffDNA model] “We want to roll it out to other industries outside of healthcare. And we want to roll it out to other countries,” Arora said.
Advantis Medical Staffing, another medical staffing company, took second place on the Dallas 100, and Aligned Data Centers rounded out the top three.

To be eligible to participate in the Dallas 100, companies must be headquartered in DFW and be an independent, privately held company, sole proprietorship, or partnership as of May 1, 2022. The company must be at least three years old and have fiscal year sales of between $500,000 and $100 million. 2020.
