National Association of Realtors® has announced the release of the fourth season of its documentary series “First-Time Buyer,” now available to stream. Filmed in Chicago, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa, this season delves into the home buying process and showcases the value and expertise of real estate agents.® Delivered to first-time home buyers.
Each of the eight new episodes depicts a different individual, couple or family embarking on their first home buying journey. They face challenges such as not qualifying for a loan, getting caught up in a bidding war, or discovering structural problems with their home.
“The latest season of First-Time Buyers showcases how real estate agents use their expertise and creativity to help their clients overcome the myriad obstacles on the road to homeownership. ,” said Kevin Sears, president of NAR, a brokerage partner with Sears Real Estate.
