Foley & Lardner has expanded its national real estate team with the Husch Blackwell Group of four Texas attorneys, concentrating its practice in Texas and California.
The team includes Dallas residents Tyler Johnson and Sadie Fitzpatrick. Kevin Garland of Houston and Alexandra Jasinski of Austin. On Monday, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Fitzpatrick and Mr. Garland joined Foley & Lardner as partners and Mr. Jasinski as attorney.

He said Husch Blackwell's attorneys are a good fit because they are collaborative, entrepreneurial, and focused on healthcare and renewable energy real estate projects. Energy, life sciences and healthcare are the two industry sectors the company is focusing on.
“Real estate is also a big part of our company. We're always looking to the future,” Dougal said. “You're seeing cranes everywhere in Texas, and there's a lot of development going on in Texas.”
Johnson said his group works closely together and recently began looking for a new company as their operations expand nationally. Foley & Lardner's office network, which includes locations in Texas and California, is a good fit, he said.
He declined to identify the group's customers, but said they include national multifamily developers, large retail stores, hospital systems, real estate investors and developers, single-family space and rental space developers, streams and wetlands. This includes mitigation measures. Bank.
