Keith Miller, a former wide receiver at The Colony and Texas A&M University-Commerce, died Thursday night in his apartment near campus, the school announced Friday. He was 23 years old.
“We are heartbroken to hear of Keith's unexpected passing,” Texas A&M University Commercial Coach Clint Dolezel said in a release. “Keith was a loving father, son, teammate, and student-athlete. We extend our condolences to his family, friends, teammates, and everyone who loved him during this very difficult time. My heartfelt condolences and condolences to you all.”

He played two seasons at Colorado before transferring to Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2022. He was a team captain for Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2023.
The state of Colorado also released the following statement: “We are deeply saddened by the passing of former Buff Keith Miller. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and teammates. ”
During his time with The Colony, Miller finished 37th. Dallas Morning News'' Top 50 players in the class of 2020. In his four years at Colonie, Miller had 106 receptions, 1,856 yards and 22 touchdowns.
