Highland Park, home of actress and celebrity chef D'Andra Simmons real housewives of dallas It went on the market for $5.25 million.
The five-bedroom home at 3501 Lindenwood, with five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, was designed by local architect Mark McCollom and commissioned in 2010 by Dallas custom home builder Third It was built by Chehabi.

Kristin McKechnie of Allie Beth Allman & Associates listed the home on October 12th.
“It's very well made,” McKechnie said. “The architects did a great job of bringing sight lines and natural light into the home.”
Simmons has joined the cast of the Bravo show's second season, which is set in Dallas. Bravo has not produced any new episodes since 2021.
McKenney said Simmons moved to a larger property in Preston Hollow.
McKenney said more than 25 people showed up at the home's open house in an hour and a half on Sunday. She said there is a lack of available housing in Park City, but modern or contemporary housing is especially difficult to find. The home's elevator is also said to be popular with prospective buyers.
This home was featured on the 2013 AIA Dallas Home Tour. The architect was responsible for both the house and the surrounding landscape, and said the house was a “harmonious composition of external and internal environments,” according to the AIA website.
Architectural features of the home highlighted by AIA included exposed fireplace flues, suspended balconies, and curved ceilings in the two bedrooms.
“Many modern homes are rickety, but as soon as you open the front door, you can see the pool and backyard right through the house,” Simmons wrote in a 2013 article for Dallas real estate blog Candy's Dirt.
