Mark Miller will continue this passion for serving the Navarre community when he becomes Managing Broker of Century 21 Island View Realty in March 2023.
Ira Mae Hewett Bruce founded Century 21 Island View Realty in 1978. Phil Babiak, who was previously managing his broker at Island View Realty, joined Ira Mae as his broker partner in 1983 and together they laid the foundation for the firm's services. In March of this year, Phil took a step back and Mark took over the role as managing broker.
Phil continues to actively market real estate.
“We are excited about this new chapter in the company's history,” Mark said. “We want to make some positive changes, update our website and reservation software, and invest in advertising.”
Mark plans to improve the company as a whole and is looking forward to adapting the business to make it more accessible and user-friendly overall.
A new vacation rental website was recently launched that allows guests to easily book their vacation online. Additionally, you can now advertise your vacation rental property on sites like Air BNB and VRBO, making it easy for guests to book their stay online.
Mark has been a real estate agent with Century 21 for over 30 years, 28 of those years with Island View Realty. Mark is a very active member and past Chairman of the Navarre Regional Board of Realtors (NABOR). He is also the former District Vice President of Florida Realtors' 9th District, which serves the Florida Panhandle.
