Have you ever felt like you're not feeling well when you're in your house? It's hard to explain this feeling, but maybe there needs to be some kind of balance in the movement of energy in your house. That's where feng shui comes in, says real estate agent Kara Bang.
Bunn, who will be holding a luncheon workshop on May 22, says anyone can benefit from her lifelong practical experience.
“My classes are beneficial to real estate agents,” Bunn told CandysDirt.com. “They can apply what they learned and put more energy into their lists.”
Bring harmony to your listing
This workshop, hosted by the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors in collaboration with the Asian Association of Realtors Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter and the Women's Council of Realtors, will discuss how you can use feng shui to enhance energy flow in your property. It focuses on crab. A real estate agent can help you increase the value and atmosphere of your home.
Mr. Bang has seen the results of implementing this practice and respecting the flow of energy throughout the home, benefiting clients and real estate agents in unexpected ways.
“I apply Feng Shui to all listings and advise my clients to rearrange or remove items when listing them. I also advise them on new homes,” she says. I did. “The majority of my clients are interested in incorporating Feng Shui, and some say their homes feel much more comfortable afterward.”
Feng Shui for real estate agents
Although it may seem complicated, Bang provided attendees with some very simple and easy-to-understand tips for improving the energy balance on your property. Her workshops are hands-on and provide real-world lessons on how it can improve your home.
“When we show properties, it's important that buyers and their agents feel a good flow of energy when they enter the home for showing,” Bunn said. “First impressions account for 50% of the decision whether to buy a property or not. Ensuring a good flow of energy is the key to Feng Shui.”
The free workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd from 11am to 1pm and will include lunch from Yo!Bowl at GFWAR Headquarters.
