Well, it was an unmitigated disaster. Bayern Munich capitulated against Bayer Leverkusen, losing 3-0. The team is 5 points behind in the title race, but will the board take any action? Or will they wait until Thomas Tuchel is eliminated from the Champions League and have fallen further down the table before pulling the trigger?
Leverkusen was much better. It's very frustrating.
The main points of the game are:
- What was that lineup? Why did Tuchel choose a back three?
- Why put Thomas Muller on the bench in a game like this?
- Thomas Tuchel committed a cardinal sin – he decided to play in fear against Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen.
- For some reason, Thomas Tuchel thinks he's still the manager of Chelsea FC.
- A clear difference between Leverkusen's mentality and Bayern's mentality from a tactical and strategic point of view.
- Why didn't they use Guerreiro as left back? Potential explanation.
- “Did Nagelsmann do this?” Chuck asks. INNN keeps laughing like crazy.
- Is Nagelsmann's dismissal the reason for Tuchel to keep his job?
- The absurd karma of Josip Stanisic's goal, and why it says such a terrible thing about Tuchel's talent ID and team building.
- Is the board ready to cancel the season?
- Defending underperforming players (Goretzka, Kimmich, Davis, etc.) in this current system.
- The strange phenomenon of non-negotiability — why do Leroy Sane and Jamal Musiala get free passes when other players constantly need to prove themselves?
- Final words about the game.
