National boutique litigation firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP plans to add another floor to its downtown Dallas location later this year.
The firm was founded in Dallas in 2019 with attorneys Sayles and Werbner and currently leases the 35th and 36th floors of Fountain Place. Construction is currently underway to add his 34th floor to offices near the Arts District.
Since Bradley was first founded in Dallas, it has more than tripled in size. The new office expansion will add approximately 20,000 square feet to the leasable area at 1445 Ross Avenue.

The 58-story landmark office building, owned by Atlanta-based Goddard Investment Group, was designed by IM Pei and Harry Cobb of IM Pei Partners.
Fountain Place was built in 1986 and recently underwent a $70 million renovation. It also recently revealed the launch of an invitation-only social and sports club called Cypress, among other exciting amenities.
