Dallas-based residential real estate company Ebby Halliday Company has named a new top leader.
The company has promoted Carolyn Rosson to president and chief executive officer. She most recently served as president and previously served as the company's vice president of securities.

Former CEO Chris Kelly remains executive chairman of the Ebby Halliday Company, which owns HomeServices, the real estate arm of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, which acquired Ebby Halliday in 2018. – Also serves as Executive Vice President of America.

The company was founded in 1945 and has 30 offices throughout North Texas. It is the parent company of Dallas' Dave Perry Miller Real Estate and Fort Worth's Williams Trew.
