Marcus & Millichap has implemented technology from two different vendors as San. Fernando Valley Business Journal Recently reported. In November, the company announced a partnership with Archer, which develops predictive acquisition software for multiple property types. According to a press release from Marcus & Millichap at the time, the relationship included not only an equity investment in Archer, but also the use of technology by Marcus & Millichap.
“We value Archer's technology and the strategic benefits it provides to our brokers and clients, and we took the opportunity to expand our partnership with an equity investment,” Marcus & Millichap said.
