Elkhart, Indiana (Mennonite Church USA) — Women demonstrating leadership MC USA Ministry releases Season 3 of its popular podcast “Holding It(,) Together.” Bonita Rockingham of the Women in Leadership Steering Committee hosts a podcast created by women for women. Season 3's theme is “This I Believe.”
“The 'This I Believe' series will closely follow the format of the NPR radio show version launched by Edward R. Murrow in 1951 and then relaunched in the mid-2000s,” Rockingham said. Ta. “This season will feature three- to eight-minute narrative statements of faith by people across denominations,” she added.
The first episode, available now, features the Rev. Sarah Bixler, associate dean of Eastern Mennonite Theological Seminary. Other new episodes will be delivered once a month during his six-month season of podcasting. Upcoming release dates are February 26, March 25, April 29, May 27, and June 24, 2024.

Bonita (Gerber) Rockingham (she) is a transracial adopted child, speaker and author, legal communications expert, and aspiring roller derby player. As a Black transracial adoptee, Bonita leverages her unique lived experience to articulate the urgency of building sustainable anti-racist institutions and policy reform, including Be The Bridge and Adaptation Mosaic. We have worked with many organizations including;Bonita is a graduate heston college and Millersville University. Women demonstrating leadership MC USA works to dismantle the patriarchal system of denominations by empowering women to live out God's call in their lives, develop their abilities, and contribute wisdom in congregations, regional conferences, institutions, and institutions.
