Doc Rivers finally won his first game as head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks against the Dallas Mavericks. Now, fanbases of both series have turned to social media to express how they feel about the game.
In that contest, Giannis Antetokounmpo turned the dial to 11 and had an impressive performance leading the Bucks. The Greek Freak had 48 points, six rebounds, 10 assists and five steals in 40 minutes on the court. Meanwhile, Damian Lillard contributed to Milwaukee's victory by adding 30 points, 3 rebounds, and 8 assists.
Despite having a 25-point lead at one point in the game, the Dallas Mavericks lost control and allowed the Bucks to take control. Meanwhile, Luka Doncic led the team with 40 points, 9 rebounds, and 11 assists.
This is Rivers' first win, especially after losing two straight to the Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers. The latter in particular spoiled Lillard's return to his former team, after spending 11 seasons there.
