The Fair Housing video series, commissioned by the National Association of REALTORS® and produced in collaboration with Perception Institution, has been recognized nationally for raising awareness of implicit bias in real estate. The three-part book “Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing” won the Silver Anthem Award in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion category from The Webby Awards. The award recognizes “the work of people, companies and organizations with a mission” and said the series “amplifies voices driving global change” and inspires others to take action. was recognized.

These videos are designed to be used as a training tool for real estate professionals, brokers, and associations. In conjunction, real estate professionals can complete a certification program that expands on the concepts outlined in the videos.
