One of North Texas’ largest developers has begun construction on a mid-rise apartment building in downtown Dallas.

Current plans call for a seven-story complex with 45 two-bedroom and 137 one-bedroom apartments, with estimated average rents around $3,000.
Pre-sales will begin in July or August 2025. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-2025. The first residents are expected to move in around October or November 2025.
