Parks of Brentwood recently welcomed Brittney Marteny to the Parks family of real estate agents.
Marteny attended Cal Poly Pomona where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. When it comes to real estate, he specializes in out-of-state relocations.
After college, Marteney worked as an accountant helping clients with their quarterly and year-end taxes. Shortly thereafter, she moved into the insurance industry where she worked as an insurance specialist helping clients with their financial planning.
It was here that Marteny found his passion for helping people prepare for the future. Her career has allowed her to work in project management, focusing on proper planning and getting project teams to the finish line. From her experience, Ms. Marteny has learned that the same level of detail and planning she uses to achieve her desired goals can also be applied when helping people buy or sell a home.
When asked why she chose to join the Parks family of real estate agents, Martony said: Not only is she my agent, she has become a part of my Tennessee family.
“Shauna made the home buying process go smoothly and was there for me every step of the way. She is passionate about serving others and shares Parks' values with their team and customers. I truly believe that he is a leader.”
Martonay chose to pursue a career in real estate because, as a California native who moved to California in 2019, she knows how difficult moving and relocating can be. She didn't know anyone in Tennessee or anyone who had moved out of state. After doing her extensive research and going through the process herself, Martenay wanted to be a resource for others who were ready to take a similar leap of faith.
Since moving, she has helped family and friends begin their journey to Tennessee. She thought it would be a good fit for Ms. Martonay to become a real estate agent where she could use her experience and her knowledge that she had gained to help others.
