Hello PC Gamers, welcome to the PC Gamer Chat Log Podcast! I hope your week is going well! I've been decluttering quite a bit lately, so I've been looking at my nostalgic possessions all the time. Lately, I've been finding myself looking at old teddy bears, textbooks, and photos to bring back memories, and this week's episode is all about that theme.
This week we take a trip down memory lane and talk about our childhood as mini-gamers. We're lucky enough to have been gaming fans for as long as we can remember, playing both PC and console games from an early age. We talk about our favorite games from childhood, how that preference carried over into adulthood, and how the way we play games has changed today.
We'll also be talking a little bit about edutainment and browser games. Lauren and I are pretty similar in age, but our geographical differences create some interesting differences in how we play the game.
Maybe you've been gaming since the ZX Spectrum days, or maybe you didn't embrace gaming as a hobby until you were an adult. Whatever your gaming experiences were growing up (or not!), we'd love to hear about your own memories. Visit the PC Gamer forum. A thread has been set up for this week's episode. I'm really looking forward to hearing your experiences! Lauren and I are also lurking within the post, ready to join the discussion.
