The Pinellas Realtor® Organizations (PRO/CPRO) and Greater Tampa Real Estate Agents® (GTR) will merge to become Tampa Bay Realtors.® (pending NAR approval), serves more than 24,000 real estate professionals in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.
This consolidation resulted in the Tampa Bay region becoming one prosperous region, currently the 17thNumber It is the largest metropolitan area and one of the fastest growing markets in the United States today.® By expanding their business throughout the region, members of the new organization will benefit from expanded training, more impactful community advocacy and a unified voice in support of Tampa Bay real estate consumers. The combined association will continue to participate in Stellar MLS as the second largest shareholder and MLS services will remain intact.

David Bennett is currently CEO of PRO/CPRO and has been a successful real estate association leader for over 30 years. Jason Outman is the current CEO of GTR and is the former CEO of the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. Together they will leverage their deep knowledge of how to proactively engage with REALTORS.® They develop their members and embed their organization in impactful communities and global efforts.
