MOJ on Sports: Other Days Four guests include Shaun Alexander and KJ Wright
This edition of “MOJ on Sports” hosts Bob Marjanovich's podcast from Las Vegas and “Radio Raw” from Super Bowl 58.
In hour one, The Moj chats with Las Vegas legends Wayne Newton, Shaun Alexander, KJ Wright, Josh Palmer, and Jamal Lewis. Second hour guests include TJ Ward, Greg Cosell, Neville Gallimore and Nick Fergson.
Alexander, a former NFL MVP and running back for the Seattle Seahawks, visits the Department of Justice every year. The two talked about Alexander's performance in Super Bowl IV and his work with children in the area, and Wright stopped by to talk all things The Moj and the Seahawks, and he and Wright played in two Super Bowls in Seattle. I remembered that.
Canadian wide receiver Joshua Palmer of the Los Angeles Chargers will be joining the program. He and The Moj talk all about the Chargers, from their struggles last season to their turnaround with new head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Moj is then joined by “Mr.” Las Vegas itself, where Newton sits and chats. The two speak first-hand about what Newton is like as Mr. Vegas and how the sport has changed the city.
Lewis, the 2003 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, stopped by The Moj to talk about the Super Bowl XXXV champion Baltimore Ravens, remember the late Tony Siragusa, and talk about this season's Brock Purdy story. I touched on everything.
In the second hour, former Super Bowl Champion NFL Safety Ward will appear on the show. He and his The Moj discuss what life is like for TJ after football, his life skills he learned from playing pro football, and even his predictions for Super Bowl V.
Cosell, an NFL analyst and senior producer at NFL Films, joins The Moj to discuss Purdy's best skills with the San Francisco 49ers, and Cosell talks about the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. Analyze everything about football, including what we expect to see in the game. Patrick Mahomes is a very difficult quarterback to play against.
The Department of Justice then chats with Gallimore, a Canadian defensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys. Ferguson, a former NFL and CFL player, talks about his time in Canada with the Bombers and Riders.
The Moj will air a daily podcast this week ahead of Super Bowl 58, when the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the San Francisco 49ers.
