The Dallas Mavericks pulled off a stunning comeback victory, defeating the Denver Nuggets 107-105. Kyrie Irving hit the winning bucket with no time left off an inbounds play and saw a left-handed crazy skyhook fall.
After the game, Matthew Phillips and I reacted to the shots and wins live and broke down what went right and what went wrong in this game. We spent his first 10 minutes of the show dissecting the final shot and what led up to it. This has to be the wildest win against Dallas since Luka Doncic beat the Clippers in double overtime in 2020 during the bubble.

Afterwards, we spent a lot of time talking about why Dallas was in a position to win this game (and let's be honest, they could have lost it). Dallas played a lot of bully balls and outscored the Nuggets on the glass and on loose balls. Dallas' offense was back and forth, with all players other than Kyrie and Luka going 0-13 from distance.
This may go down as a season-defining victory. Dallas hasn't played many decisive games against top talent in either conference, so seeing them able to pull off a win like this should go a long way in allaying fears within the fan base. This is a really fun show, and when you watch the video, you're transported straight to a live show with fan participation. That show will be available on the audio feed on Monday afternoon.
