A key property in Prosper near the busy northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Route 380 has changed hands.
The 110-acre development site is located north of US 380 along Mahald Parkway and adjacent to Children's Health's new medical campus. The site is north of the PGA of America's new headquarters.
The site has already been sold to investors Vijay Bora and DFW Land, two major investors along the toll road. Dallas-based Standridge Company and Columner Holdings acquired the vacant property in 2019.
“The corner of Lovers Lane and Mahad Parkway makes this a perfect location for development,” said real estate agent Rex Glendening, whose Rex Real Estate handled the sale. . “This location is approximately one mile from the new PGA Omni Hotel and Resort and the new PGA Headquarters.”
Glendening negotiated the sale with Stacey Standridge and Tommy Crowell with Standridge.
With the completion of toll road expansion north of US 380, developers and investors are scrambling to partner on construction sites in Prosper and Celina. The intersection of US 380 and the toll road is a hot spot for future development, with several projects planned.
