Compared to February 2023, the median home sales price was $275,000, down 4.5% from $288,000.

Sales prices for condos and townhouses rose 33.1% in February, with the median price rising to $386,000 from $290,000 in January. Compared to February 2023, sales prices for condos and townhouses decreased 16.3% from $461,400. One apartment or townhouse sold for more than $1 million during the month, while seven transactions for more than $1 million were recorded in February 2023.
The number of sales recorded in Pueblo County in February decreased by 21.7% since February 2023, from 189 to 148. All home sales totaled $40.4 million.
In Colorado, the median home sales price in February was $510,583, up 2.1% from January's $500,000. Statewide sales in February were 5,601, an 8.9% increase from February 2023 sales of 5,145.
Total home sales recorded in Colorado increased 24.9% from $3.6 billion in January to $4.5 billion in February of this year.
Of all Colorado home sales, 12.07% of homes sold for $1 million or more in February, up from 10.13% in February 2023.
Single-family home sales prices across Colorado rose 1.9% from a median price of $530,000 in January to $540,000 in February. Since February 2023, sales prices for single-family homes across the state have increased 2.5% from $526,864.
Statewide condo and townhome sales prices rose 3.8% from a median price of $395,000 in January to $410,000 in February. The median sales price for condos and townhomes increased 3.7% from the February 2023 median price of $395,500.
