Hours later, a speeding Porsche driven by a minor knocked down a motorcycle in Yerwada area, killing two engineers, Aneesh Awadhya and Ashwani Koshta, who were working in Pune’s Kayani Nagar area.
Police Commissioner Kumar said, “We are yet to receive the blood report…” However, the defendant’s CCTV footage and online payment receipts clearly show that he consumed alcohol. ”
“The driver was in an inebriated state and was driving at a very high speed on a very narrow road,” Kumar said at a press conference. This is a heinous crime, which is why we have applied to have him tried as an adult. ”

Unfortunately both applications were rejected,” he said. “We are challenging the court’s decision in district court and seeking legal remedies. Our position is to try this juvenile as an adult.”
