Alexandria Lammert of Exit Elite Realty in Arnold lives on both sides of the real estate business these days.
“Right now, I'm involved in selling my parents' home,” said Lammert, 41, who has worked as a real estate agent for 23 years and has been with Exit Elite since 2007. He not only has the real estate agent's opinion, but also the seller's opinion. ”
She said this situation gave her a lot of insight into what her customers' needs were.
“My mother was a paralegal for the county juvenile department, and my father was an electrician and a Navy veteran,” she said. “Both of them are gone now, but they loved helping people.”
Her family home is a two-story Colonial on 16.5 acres in the Hillsborough neighborhood, with 3,000 square feet and four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is also an unfinished basement and fishing pond on site.
“I grew up there with my four brothers,” Lammert said. “As it is held in trust, the outcome of the sale will affect the entire family.
“I found myself questioning myself and trying to make sure I got it right. I wanted to make sure my parents' legacy was being done the way they wanted it to be. ”
She said she plans to do the same for her customers.
“My goal is to make every transaction as easy as possible,” she said. “I want the best for my clients, just as I do for my family.
“We understand that they're not just selling a house. They're selling a legacy. And they're not just buying a house, they're buying a family's future.
“Starting a family and raising a family – we are all on this journey together.”
