Another high-rise apartment building will be built high above Dallas' Victory Park neighborhood.
Construction on the 569,133-square-foot high-rise residential project at 2371 Victory Ave. is scheduled to begin in July 2024, according to documents filed with the state on Dec. 7. This project he plans to complete by the end of 2026. Construction costs are estimated at $150 million.
A limited liability partnership affiliated with commercial real estate developer Hines' headquarters in Houston is listed as the owner. Hines has been involved in the Dallas real estate market for decades, developing a similar project near Victory Park.
A representative for Hines said it was too early to comment. Although such applications are often preliminary and the details are subject to change, it is worth noting that it allows for early consideration of estate planning.
The project site is a parking lot adjacent to the 17-story One Victory Park office tower developed by Hines. It's just a stone's throw from the developer's 2021 opening of his 39-story, 344-unit Victor Apartment Tower.
Muñoz & Albin, the architectural firm that designed Hines' Victor Apartment, recently posted plans for a 23-story apartment project called Air, announcing it was designing for Hines. , which has since been removed from its website, the Dallas Morning News reported. November.
