Warner Bros. Discovery has found a buyer for Rooster Teeth's Roost Podcast Network: Night, the talent management company for several major YouTubers and Twitch streamers, including Mr. Beast.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The sale follows Warner Bros. Discovery's decision to close Rooster Teeth last month. Knight said he would retain the majority of the Rooster Podcast Network team, including group president AJ Feliciano. The Roost's network of 47 original shows garners more than 350 million views and 20 million monthly audio downloads.
The collection of podcasts that have transitioned to Night's management include “This Past Weekend With Theo Von,” “H3” with Ethan and Hila Klein, “The Phil DeFranco Show,” and “The Yard” with Ludwig, Nick, Slime, and Aiden. , “Jeff FM'' is hosted by Jeff Witek.
At least one show affiliated with Roost, Flashback with Smosh, hosted by Smosh founders Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox, will not be moved under the night deal. Representatives for Padilla and Hecox said the pair will soon announce other plans for the podcast.

The Roost joins Night's other business units, including Talent Management, Night Labs, Night Studios and Night Ventures. The Austin, Texas-based company was founded in 2015 by Dakshar, a former sports agent.
