The London-based real estate company is beefing up its management team in Texas.
Savills Commercial Real Estate Executive Appointment Carrie Miltenberger Miltenberger has been appointed co-president of Texas. Based in Dallas, Miltenberger has deep local ties and over 19 years of industry experience. She will work with the Texas president to: Mark O’Donnell in the company’s strategic expansion throughout the Texas Triangle.
Founded in 1855, the firm aims to expand its commercial brokerage, capital markets and consulting operations in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. The firm’s team will also identify portfolio pursuits and support the firm’s global occupant services platform.
“Texas is the eighth-largest economy in the world and accounts for 13 percent of the U.S. commercial real estate inventory, so it is a top priority for us,” said Patrick McGrath, Savills’ western region president.
Miltenberger most recently served as vice president of client solutions at Link Logistics. He previously worked at PwC, Staubach Company and JLL before joining EY Strategy and Transaction Group as a management consultant and then as client solutions leader at CBRE. In 2022, he served as president of CREW Dallas.

She has worked in banking for the past 30 years and has served on EDC’s board of directors since the Dallas City Council created the company with $7 million in American Rescue Plan Act funding in January 2022. McMahon will become CEO on July 1.
- Dallas-based commercial real estate firm Paladin Partners Hired Robert Miller As a partner in pushing the company westward.
“Welcoming him to the company significantly expands our coverage west of DFW and brings our vision of opening an office in Fort Worth one step closer to reality,” said Paladin co-founder Conrad Madsen.
Miller specializes in industrial sales and leasing and began his career with Lee & Associates in Temecula, Calif., before moving to the Dallas area more than 10 years ago.
On its website, the company describes itself as an advisor and boutique real estate firm focused on value-add investments in the U.S. and select Latin American markets, with a particular emphasis on workforce housing.
- The Austin-based MLS-led technology company has hired Joe Cousin as CEO. MLS Technology Holdings appointed Cousin to head subsidiary Remine. He will take over the reins from Dave Borrillo, who will return to his previous role as chief technology officer. Cousin joins the company from Zillow, where he served as vice president of operations and success for ShowingTime+ and general manager of DotLoop.
