Millennials aside, the days of HGTV snoozefests are over and Gen Z is selling their homes fast. (Today I came across this for the first time, which sent me down a totally naked rabbit hole):
Speed tour:
If you live in Pennsylvania/Maryland and want to buy quickly, Trent Miller is your best bet. Each tour takes a full hour, making it an incredibly refreshing series to watch after all that HGTV. This video garnered him 20.8 million views in just 6 days, and in less than a year since he started TikTok, he has already gained nearly 420 million followers. . This is even more impressive when you learn that Miller is only 19 years old and this is his first year in the real estate industry.
Miller’s first videos were boring, with him standing in front of a small whiteboard and talking earnestly about the benefits of investment properties in between videos of him at the gym (classic), but in April he posted his first speed tour, setting off like this: Rocket. Looking back at his past work, he’s actually talking about the #grind. It makes you want to roll your eyes (his inspiration? Grant Cardone, times 10!)

Roast tour:
Chelsea Snyder of Baton Rouge, Los Angeles is my personal favorite of the bunch.”The house tour that no one asked for“A perfect, dry voice that criticizes himself and potential homebuyers.”
“Maybe you can’t afford this, but I’ll show it to you anyway, for your vision board.”
“I already know what you’re going to say: ‘But the kitchen is small!'” Baby, you don’t cook. You do DoorDash at least five times a week. [kitchen] There should be little to worry about here. ”
Additionally, she is very clever at integrating memes and viral clips. Like Miller, she doesn’t have 500,000 followers yet, but still buy her house from her. Otherwise she will have to start selling pictures of her feet. I watch all of her tours from start to finish and she highly recommends it if you want to kill time rather than her Zillow scrolling through her dreams on a budget that’s out of her reach. Masu.
This guy is insanely cool and says nothing on tour:
“This place is like the Perry Home on the West Side!”
Damn Perry Home?! No more need to be said. Close with Carlos Lizama, aka Carlos of San Antonio. Make an offer today.
This is the first time I’ve ever seen a real estate agent leave a tour of a house being yelled at by Karen for yelling on the lawn (a collab with Stuart Finer coming up?). He handled it like a pro.
Whether he’s wearing a fancy suit, cut-off jean shorts, or clogs and socks, you’ll get top-notch treatment (and maybe vodka, too) from Lizama. Additionally, all of his gardens are certified carne asada. Like Miller, I wanted to roll my eyes at first, but my goodness, he’s so likable and you can tell he really cares/does his job. Just scroll through some of his posts and you’ll want to sell him every “cathedral-like home” he can.
Some people may hate all of this, but I find it very refreshing. The world is tough right now (guys can’t even buy houses! – Billy Football), and buying a house can be so scary and nerve-wracking that real estate agents are laughing at themselves and trying to avoid the stiff, traditional way of doing things. You’ll get the most attention and sales if you’re prepared to let it go. this is, Selling Sunset People were hungry for the style of real estate that we had imposed on them, and outside of their opinion… If you want to know more about housing, than contact Jason Oppenheim, Miller, Snyder, or It is more comfortable to contact Lizama. Day. (“That’s not true, Kate, you’re a garbage bag anyway, and you don’t have much in the way of a savings account.” Okay, fair enough!). Anyway, add one more of his real estate agents to your rolodex.
