Authorities in Waco are asking for help identifying a woman who is delusional and believed to have ties to Louisiana. The woman was found Sunday, May 19, near U.S. Highway 22 and County Road 4120 near Meridian Park and was transported by emergency personnel to a local hospital.

The Waco Police Department reported that the woman provided conflicting information about her name, saying it could be Kelly or it could be Caylee. She could not remember her last name, date of birth, Social Security number, or the names of her family members, making it difficult for authorities to confirm her identity and locate her family and friends.
In a social media statement, the Waco Police Department emphasized the urgency of the situation and asked for the community’s help: “Hello Waco! We need your help again locating family and friends of the individual pictured below. She goes by Kelly but also says Callie and does not have a last name. She claims to be from Louisiana but will not provide her DOB, Social Security number or names of family members. She was transported to Providence by North Bosque EMS and was found delusional on May 19, 2024 on Hwy 22 and CR 4120 near Meridian Park. If you know who she is, please call 254-750-7500.”
The woman is currently being treated at a Waco hospital, but without her identity or background, authorities are having difficulty connecting her to her family. The Waco Police Department is asking anyone who knows her or has information about her identity to come forward.
