Its core function is to foster the growth of the real estate industry and promote its activities and objectives on a global scale. The Chartered Institute of Realtors (CIR) was established last year at the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat (AfCFTA) by Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei Opare.
