A fluffy pancake restaurant is opening in Carrollton. His dessert cafe, Fluffy Fluffy, famous for its award-winning soufflé pancakes, will open a storefront at his 2700 Old Denton Rd. in Carrollton. #112. According to the release, it is scheduled to open this summer.
This will be the second Fluffy Fluffy in DFW as well as Texas. The first Fluffy Fluffy opened in the fall of 2023 at his 9244 Prestmont Pl #210 in Frisco.
Fluffy Fluffy is eager to become part of the local culinary scene, says founder Benson Lau.

Founded in 2018, Fluffy Fluffy began franchising in 2020 with a mission to spread joy around the world through soufflé pancakes. This Canadian-originated brand offers handcrafted Japanese-style soufflé pancakes that are soft, chewy, and incredibly light in texture.
Made using locally sourced milk and without artificial additives, the soufflé pancakes are slowly cooked at low heat for up to 20 minutes. Topped with a variety of fruits, toppings and homemade sauces, they aim to bring the festive symbol of joy and togetherness traditionally associated with Japanese soufflé pancakes into everyday life.
The brand's diverse menu includes not only soufflé pancakes, but innovative items such as craffles, burnt top cheesecakes, rolls, macarons, lattes, and specialty sodas.
Fluffy Fluffy, known internationally as “Fuwa Fuwa,” currently has 30 locations overseas, five open in the U.S., and 20 in development.
