As Vice Chancellor, Mr. Sablon brings more than 23 years of experience in higher education to oversee the University of Phoenix's academic programs and curriculum design, institutional evaluation and faculty strategy. Her role includes overseeing degree, certificate and course delivery, curriculum design and strategy for the university's student learning outcomes. Sablon collaborates with team members to innovate academic solutions and enable universities to provide superior student experiences and learning environments that support student success. During her tenure at the University of Phoenix, she has served as associate faculty, campus vice president, regional vice president for student services, and university administration.
Sablon serves on the Career Connector board and recently completed a term on the board of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce's DEI Expert Committee, UPCEA's Advisory Board, and the 2023 AACRAO's first Convergence Conference focused on the emerging field of alternative credentials in higher education. He also serves on several committees and advisory boards.
