Prior to joining CBRE, he spent 20 years as a senior executive at GE Capital Real Estate, where he led sales valued at $8.8 billion from 2011 to 2015. Since 2001, Mr. Greenberg has focused on multifamily investment property sales in the Mid-Atlantic region and has been involved in transactions totaling over $40 billion. Since 2016, Mr. Dean and Mr. Greenberg have jointly executed $26 billion in multifamily transactions.
