The Dallas Mavericks provided plenty of must-see moments during the 2023-24 regular season. Certain moments stood out more than others.
The NBA announced Monday that a flashy steal resulted in a dunk during the Mavericks' game against the Jazz on March 21st. became the most-watched play of the season on social and digital media platforms. The play has been viewed 250 million times, according to the league.
Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving were heavily involved in this sequence, putting together defensive stops and then setting up Derrick Jones Jr. for an incredible finish. The Mavericks had a franchise-record 18 dunks in the game and won 113-97.
Doncic and Irving also earned recognition for their highlight-worthy individual performances. The Mavericks duo ranked among the top 10 most-watched players of the season.
Doncic came in fourth with 1.2 billion views, while Irving had 662 million views.
The Mavericks will look to continue producing notable moments in their playoff opener against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.
