“Yellowstone” co-stars Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison are officially husband and wife!
The pair, who also play each other’s lovers in the Western film, wed over the weekend at Harrison’s family home in Dallas, Texas, they revealed in an interview with Vogue published Wednesday, adding that the dress code for the ceremony was black tie cowboy attire.
“From the beginning, Ryan and I wanted to create a day that wasn’t just a series of events, but a heartfelt experience centered around emotion, comfort, intimacy and authentic moments with the people we love most,” Harrison told the outlet. “Every choice was a reflection of who we are, and to witness it come to fruition has been incredible.”
Harrison said her dress was inspired by the dress code.
“I actually found two wedding dresses that I really loved, Galia Lahav and Netta Benshab, and I had a bit of a last-minute panic trying to choose between them,” she said. “Then my sister stepped in and said, ‘What if you wear both?’ So I ended up doing that, and honestly, it was perfect.”
While she walked down the aisle in a corseted and beaded gown by Galia Lahav for the ceremony, Bingham opted for a Kitten tuxedo, custom boots, and a black cowboy hat.
Guests on the special day included their closest friends and family, including Harrison’s three sisters and Bingham’s three children, who served as flower girls and ring bearers and walked their dog down the aisle.
“They were such a big part of the day,” Harrison said of the children, “and seeing the joy on their faces made the celebration perfect in every sense.”
Grammy Award-winning musician Bingham was married to ex-wife Anna Axter for 12 years, from 2009 to 2021. The former couple have three children together. Meanwhile, Harrison was previously in a relationship with “One Tree Hill” actor Austin Nichols.
Bingham and Harrison met on the set of the Paramount show, but their romance didn’t last until they met “by chance through a mutual friend at a charity event in Dallas during a break in production,” she told Vogue.
“It was just a fortuitous moment of realization that life has a way of bringing people together at exactly the right time and in the right place,” she added of the moment.
